Heart and Soul started our catering services during the Covid 19 pandemic. After 2 years of successful business  uncertain times began to loom both owners Fernando and Alex decided to put a hold on building the business to focus on staying financially secure when all Canadians were surviving unpresented times.

 

Now with times looking up we are back and better than ever! Coming out of Covid hibernation Heart and Soul Catering is looking to an ambitious future and looking to expand our Italian Menu to French Cuisine and Mediterranean. Our focus is providing quality and variety for a price you can afford.
